Step1：Change keil project setting
Open the setting interface
Set the start address of the ROM to 0x8004000. Note that the start address of the ROM cannot be changed to any other value; otherwise, you need to re-burn the ROM.
Set Jlink download, port model to SW, save all Settings
Step2：Hardware connection
Connect SWDIO SWCLK GND port of Jlink downloader to DIO SCK GND port of PSDK development board respectively
Step3：Power on and burn the program
