Raspberry PI 4B library failed:
1. Aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc/libpayloadSDK. a is used for arm V8 64-bit systems.
2. According to CMakeLists.txt, use uname -a command to confirm whether the system is consistent with the library used.
3. In addition, you can use the command gcc -v to confirm the version of gcc used by the system.
