Troubleshooting for PSDK image transmission problems:
1. Ensure that whether the platform is RTOS or Linux
2. Use the original PSDK sample program to test, try to exclude the problem of PSDK process video stream
3. If there`s error when using the original PSDK sample program, check the error, more likely it`s the network issue
4. Use ping command to check if the communication between payload and the aircraft is working well.
