(20211119)ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYLOAD SDK 3.0 HOSTED ON GITHUB

Dear SDK developers,

It is glad to announce that PSDK3.0 is hosted on the Github. From now on, PSDK released version will be pushed to [Release] branch.If there is any bug on the released version, please follow up committing pull request to [Master] branch, all the latest amendment will be merged to it.

It is appreciated to Star and Folk the PSDK repository for making a better and more robust PSDK version.
