How to enable the urgent stop motor mode?

When the urgent stop motor mode is enabled, you can stop the motor by pushing sticks inner/outer simultaneously at any time. Use with caution.
You can call FlightControllerKey.KeyFCUrgentStopMotorMode(get/set/listen) to execute, when you set the input parameter FCUrgentStopMotorMode as NEVER, this mode will be disabled. When you set the input parameter FCUrgentStopMotorMode as IN_OUT_ALWAYS, this mode will be enabled. The other 2 options are unknown effects, don't use them.
