Before using the PSDK positioning function, you need to implement the time synchronization function.
The steps of the PSDK positioning function are as follows:
1) Obtain the local time of the event
2) Local time is converted to flight time via time synchronization API
3) Obtain the positioning information of the payload equipment via PSDK positioning API
