无人机关机后mqtt返回一条关于摄像头的消息

我的设备是M30，当无人机正常登录MQTT后，保持遥控器登录的状态下，关闭无人机电源，MQTT会收到一条消息，表示当前有一个摄像头可用。请问，这是Bug吗？还是我理解有问题？以下是收到的消息：

  这个39-0-7是FPV摄像头，关闭电源收到消息可能是缓存信息。这个QoS不应该是0吗？如果是1，可能会收到多次
