1. You can first confirm the port where PSDK is running. If PSDK is running on the E-Port port or OSDK port (or using the E-Port development kit connection), binding is not required. Only when using the SkyportV2 or X-Port kit, binding is required.
2. If PSDK is already running on the gimbal port and SkyportV2 or X-Port is used, but the binding button still does not appear.
Then you need to check:
a. Whether the email account information for logging into the DJI Assistant2 software is the same as the account for applying for the PSDK application.
b. The email account information for logging into DJI Assistant2 is the same as the USER_DEVELOPER_ACCOUNT in the dji_sdk_app_info.h file in PSDK. When filling in USER_DEVELOPER_ACCOUNT, you need to fill in the complete email address (including the email suffix, for example: 123123xxx@163.com)
c. Confirm whether the status of the payload is displayed as "Connected" on the binding interface of DJI Assistant2. Before binding, you need to ensure that the PSDK program has been successfully run, otherwise DJI Assistant2 will not be able to recognize the connection of the payload and cannot operate the binding.
