X-Port gimbal jitters are generally caused by the following three types:
1. No load, that is, no load is hung. This will cause X-Port gimbal jitter, which is normal. We recommend that when debugging X-Port gimbal, even if no load is hung, a counterweight (about 230g is enough).
2. The gimbal parameters are unreasonable. If the load size and weight meet the conditions (first check whether the gimbal can remain stationary when it is rotated to any angle. If this condition can be met, please refer to the next step), try to use gimbal calibration first. If it is still not solved, you can adjust the relevant parameters of the gimbal output separately in Pilot.
3. Abnormal sound is accompanied by jitter. This is most likely a problem with the gimbal itself. It is recommended to provide the phenomenon video, load size, and weight information to dev@dji.com, and the team will help you further confirm.
