There are two ways to export aircraft logs:
Through the remote controller, the premise is that the remote controller is connected to the network and logged into the account (applicable to M300/M350/M3/M30/M3D series models).
Export through DA2 software (DJI Assistant2), the premise is that the aircraft needs to be connected to the computer via Type C cable, and the computer needs to have DJI Assistant2 software installed.
Remote controller export
1. Open the main interface of the Pilot application and click the prompt message in the upper right corner.
2. After entering, click on the log management on the left.
3. After entering, you can see the remote control log and aircraft log (also known as the aircraft log and flight control log). Select according to your needs.
4. After checking the log of the corresponding flight, click Upload, and finally provide the generated QR code screenshot to the technical support team.
DA2 software export
Connect the aircraft's parameter adjustment port (TypeC) to the computer, and you can use a TypeC data cable to connect.
Select log export in the DA2 interface, then select the log file of the corresponding flight, and then click Save to Local.
Finally, you can upload the local log file to the network disk provided by the technical support team or your personal network disk. If it is Baidu network disk, please provide a sharing code.
If it is a parameter adjustment log, you can also select the parameter adjustment log option to export, the steps are the same.
