Can a dock run apps?

Hello
Just like we can run android app on a remote control which can tell us about the drone's position and other parameters on an UI, is there a way to connect the DJI dock to something that can also run an app?
Can the DJI dock connect to a remote control and send telemetry there?

Dji drones can be connected to Mobile devices (such as mobile phones and tablets) through remote control, and applications running on mobile devices (such as applications developed using Mobile SDK) can display the location and other parameters of the drones. The specific connection method can be connected through WiFi or USB cable, and the remote control is then connected to the drone through a wireless link. 2. The communication between DJI drones and remote controls is generally carried out through private picture transmission links (such as OcuSync and Lightbridge). The UAV transmits the longitude, latitude, height and other information to the remote control through a private link, and then the remote control transmits it to the third-party cloud platform through the cloud API. As a result, a DJI base, such as a DJI airport, can act as a gateway device, connecting to a remote control and sending telemetry data.
