  setNeworkServiceCoordinateSystem只对NETOWRK_RTK有效，你用得是CUSTOM_NETOWRK_SERVICE。这个是第三方网络RTK的意思，setNeworkServiceCoordinateSystem是对千寻RTK设置的一个API。
