Best SDK for streaming live video for Mavic dual enteprise

Hi , 

I would like to get an RTSP stream for  coming from the thermal and rgb camera on the mavic 2 enterprise dual for AI detection purposes.
can anyone advice me on the recommended SDK i should be using, i intend on developing an application that can maybe run on windows OS or on the web?

Currently, the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual model only supports access via the DJI Mobile Android SDK V4 (MSDK v4), which supports the development of Android apps. There is no SDK that supports Windows or web - based operation.
