TextToSpeech in M300 RTK is garbled

I find that calling TextToSpeech functions on the M300 RTK always sounds garbled.  Is there any reason this shouldn't work correctly and sounds intelligible?

  Where have you found TextToSpeech function? I cannot see it in MSDK API documentation. And also, M300 does not have a speaker on board, are you using any 3rd party payload?

  Sorry, in referring to the m300 RC, I'm using the android library for TTS

  OK, so is that mean you are using an Android official library TextToSpeech, but the M300 RC(Running an Android System) cannot recognised well or sound garbled. This is out of our expertise since we can only offer help regards to SDK development. I can tell you that the RC is running a customised android OS with a Android 7 system on board.
