Unstable Custom RTK on Matrice 300

Hello,

We are trying to use our own ntrip caster for RTK positioning on a Matrice 300 RTK. The caster and the controller are on the same local network, and the drone is able to connect and fix the location. The problem is that after some time ( about 3 minutes) it randomly loses the RTK correction.

Also, on DJI Pilot it constantly shows that the RTK signal is weak and the position error slowly increases before the problem.

Do you have any suggestions?

  May I ask when this issue happens? We have received report that from 15-17 January, the ionosphere is active on the earth's surface because of solar activit. This will cause a megnetic interference and may influence the RTK signal. Please try today and if the issue still can reproduce, please connect your aircraft to Assistant 2 and export the flight controller logs out. Then please contact the support@dji.com for a RTK analysis, then you will know the reason.

  Thank you, we finally managed to solve it by changing some setting of our ntrip caster.
