自主飞行过程中，航点只添加了一次云台转动的action，在onExecutionUpdate的回调中判断动作执行开始结束的状态，发现有的时候回执行两次设置是多次，这是什么原因造成的？

  M2EV。都是最新的版本，V1航线，就是发现到了一个航点，会执行几次状态更新，按说在这个航点就一次更新啊
