Waterjet drone (N3-AG) & Waypoints

Hi.

We are developing waterjet drone using N3-AG controller.

We excute "Waypoint" function to move 5m height coordinate with waterjet drone.
But the drone stops at 4m height and it doesn't move.

Is there any return message in this situation?

What should we check for figure it out?

Where can we ask to about a drone, which is developed with N3-AG controller (Agricultural drone)?
