We need to reduce the distance from obstacles to bring the drone closer to an object without turning off the sensor. We are developing an inventory inventory system with mavic 2.

  This obstacle avoidance distance is a limitation of the aircraft firmware. I can help you give feedback to the R&D engineer. However, the probability of modifying the firmware due to this requirement is relatively small. Therefore, I suggest that you consider designing your solution with obstacle avoidance turned off.
