请问LiveStreamManager现能否支持或未来计划支持[264 Baseline Profile方式]？如果要实现是否需要自行使用MediaCodec进行硬件解码？

像无人机这种对流媒体实时性要求这么高的情况，客户端想降低延迟肯定要走rtc，但是却不把B帧去掉，这样无形又增加了延迟，强烈建议增加对Baseline的支持

我们预计在MSDK 5.0版本重构LiveStreamManager，届时会提供RTMP,RTSP,GB28281,webetc等协议的接口。现在的话，你可以使用Yuv数据或者H.264数据自己开发推流接口。
