Want to Develop a Program to Assist with scanning and HDRI

Hay Good day 

I would like to ask for some assistance and direction 

I want to develop an SDK of some kind for the DJI Mini 2 Pro that will allow me to utilize the Full resolution camera take a HDRI, and control the points it takes 1st and so forth 

Then in the same app, I want to be able also to send the drone on waypoint missions and have it do photography

I just don't know where to start if this is a Mobile app Development or a OSDK and where to start learning about making this 

Please assist any advice is appreciated

    I am Sorry I miss Typed it is the Mini 3 Pro does MSDK also not support this
