No connection between the RC and Raspberry Pi via WiFi

Our network configuration includes a Raspberry Pi 4 B+ with a 2.4GHz hostpot using IEEE 802.11g (WPA2-PSK). In addition, we have the RC PRO and the RC Plus. An API has been created in the Raspberry Pi with the purpose of communicating via WIFI with the RCs. When a PC or standard Android device is connected to the Raspberry Pi, it is possible to submit requests to the API without encountering any issues. This process serves to confirm the functionality of both the hostpot and the API.

The issue arises when we attempt to utilize the API with any of the RCs in our possession. We can establish a connection between the RC and the Raspberry Pi, but when we attempt to consume the API, we encounter a failed to connect error. We can confirm that the RC is connected to the Raspberry Pi and can even ping the RC to the Raspberry Pi, but the Raspberry Pi to RC ping fails, which is highly unusual. As other devices are able to consume the Raspberry Pi API, we believe the issue may not lie with the Raspberry Pi but with the RCs.

    Could you please let us know if you have assigned a static IP address for the RC? What is the IP address?

    Please be advised that no special settings have been made on the controller. Devices connecting to the Raspberry will have IPs in the range 192.168.100.2 to 192.168.100.20. In the previous instance of this error occurring, the IP address assigned to the controller was 5.

    The IP address 192.168.100.0/24 is disabled, and it is recommended that you try other addresses for testing. Please avoid using the IP addresses shown in the image below.
