ObstacleData when using simulation

There is no way to achieve normal obstacle avoidance performance for the aircraft in a simulated state. We usually place the aircraft on a table for testing, and at that time, the aircraft is often very close to the table and objects on the table, so it will ban avoid obstacles while hovering in the simulator. On the other hand, the simulator currently does not have the functionality to simulate obstacles.

I agree that having obstacle avoidance behaviour would not be easy in simulation. But I would like at least to have the sensing active (aka get the reading from the sensors) without having any safe behavior (like braking etc).

In the simulator environment, it is possible to read sensor data. Which aircraft are you using?

M30T. I can read it, but it does not correspond to real values anymore. You can clearly see a switch when the Aircraft is ON without simulation active (readings are correct) and when ou start the simulation.

I have tested it and everything is functioning properly. The firmware version of the M30T is 10.00.0608. Here is the video:https://pan-sec.djicorp.com/s/pzCzGE6bfrpNfR6

I checked and you are right, sorry. It's just that the readings in a room ar ereally spoiled by the enviroment
