One-key takeoff issue

We're testing the One-key takeoff command with simulated mode on. I see the dock cover open and then close and finally receive the error. What could be the reason? I can confirm that the Dock and Aircraft's firmware is the latest. 

315009 Dock communication error. Restart dock and try again.

    Sorry the error message I received is: Dock communication error. Restart dock and try again.

    I tried the One-key take off event not the wayline so there's no wayline_id.
