OSD Update rate

The OSD update rate needs to be faster for Pilot 2 based applications, When trying to display on a external map 2 second updates appear laggy. Should be more real time instead of that much of a delay. This is and has been a major blocking factor for several clients and people wanting applications based on the cloud API. Also simple stuff like active lens would be very beneficial. The Cloud API is a great idea but the lack of a faster telemetry and simple data like active lens status on non dock versions are a major downfall.
