How do I code to turn the motor on/off through the DJI Mobile SDK APIs?

Mobile SDK Documentation (https://developer.dji.com/doc/mobile-sdk-tutorial/en/basic-introduction/basic-concepts/flight-controller.html), it is written as follows.
"Motors can be turned on and off through APIs in the DJI Mobile SDK."
Is it possible for MSDK v5 to on/off of the motor through the APIs?
If so, how do I code to turn the motor on/off through the DJI Mobile SDK APIs?

I use:
Android MSDK: v5.9.2
Aircraft: Mini 3 Pro
RC: RC N1

  The takeoff and landing interfaces on MSDK V5 can be used to implement motor start and stop; however, there is no direct interface for controlling the motor's on and off states.
