Missing RTSP Livestream Start Feature via MQTT

Is the feature to start RTSP livestream via MQTT missing in v1.11.0? If so, is there an alternative method available?

In previous versions, I was able to start live streaming via RTSP using MQTT without any issues. However, after updating the firmware today, this feature no longer works. I also checked the documentation, and the RTSP option seems to be missing.
Could you please provide more details on this issue? Is there any alternative solution available?

To confirm the scenario again, before you update the firmware version, you can use RTSP protocol to broadcast live, but after you upgrade the firmware version, you find that you can no longer use RTSP protocol to broadcast live, is this the scenario?
