Which package's source code would you like to obtain?

Preferably all of them, since I haven't started to map all the functions I need for my final prototype 😁

The source code of the mobile SDK is not available to the public. However, the example code provides all the code for developing component libraries based on the mobile SDK. https://github.com/dji-sdk/Mobile-SDK-Android-V5/tree/dev-sdk-main/SampleCode-V5/android-sdk-v5-uxsdk

So If I would like to create an app that utilizes a rather large ML Vision model, I would need to have my app send data to a backend server which would perform the calculation, since my smartphone does not have any CUDA cores, then send the results back to the app, which should send commands to the drone afterwards?

For the situation you described, it may require the assistance of other devices to help with the calculation. However, the lack of the Mobile SDK source code does not seem to be the main reason.

You are correct, ideally I would like to use the windows sdk, but as per the documentation it does not support the dji mini 3 unfortunately

For the DJI Mini 3, this is indeed an unavoidable reality. It only supports Mobile SDK.
