  用的是大疆机场2的飞机

  指令飞行，sqp从0到10开始发，只接收到seq=0的反馈信息319031，其他的都没有反馈；如果seq改大点从100开始发，发到110，就能接到所有的100到110的反馈信息319033

  319031是沒有指令飞行权限，需要获取控制权之后再进行指令飞行。指令飞行序号需要从0开始递增。
