Assistance Needed: Handling RTK Exception in Custom Network Manager Service
CompletedDear DJI Support Team,
We hope this message finds you well.
We are encountering an issue while attempting to start a custom network manager service upon reconnecting to our drone. Specifically, we are encountering the following exception:
Unhandled RTK exception caught.
errorType: RTK, errorCode: INVALID_REQUEST_IN_CURRENT_STATE, description: null
at dji.v5.inner.aircraft.rtk.network.co_c.co_a(CustomNetworkRTKManager.java:5)
at dji.v5.inner.aircraft.rtk.network.co_c.access$lambda$0(Unknown Source:0)
at dji.v5.inner.aircraft.rtk.network.co_c$$Lambda$1.invoke(Unknown Source:6)
at dji.rtk.RTKNetworkServiceProvider$co_l.onFailed(RTKNetworkServiceProvider.java:3)
It's worth noting that at the time of this exception, the manager's state is READY. Interestingly, if we attempt to start the service again after a delay of 3 seconds, the operation succeeds.
Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? What state is expected for successful operation?
Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this inquiry, and we look forward to your guidance.
