MSDK 4 - RemoteController getFirmwareVersion error
CompletedHello,
I am getting this error when trying to invoke the function getFirmwareVersion:
Unable to get the firmware version. Note: The sdk will fetch the firmware version from the server so, please ensure you have Internet connectivity before you invoke getVersion().(255)
I am connected to the internet and have stable connection.
Help would be appreciated.

Could you please provide us with the model of the drone and remote controller you are using? Additionally, is this issue consistently occurring? Have you tried multiple times to access it and still receive the same error message? We would like to have a method to reproduce this issue. Thank you. -
The remote controller is RM500 (Smart controller enterprise). I tried multiple times with that same RC and got this error every time.
I have another issue with this RC, which I posted on other post. The two cases might be related. Getting the DISPLAY_NAME of it results in a NULL value.
Serial number of RC: 13RCJBU0092NDU
The drone is: Mavic 2 Enterprise dual.

Could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the direct use of the MSDK V4 demo? I would like to see firsthand how the remote controller, drone, and app perform. I was able to successfully retrieve the firmware version number on the RM500 using getFirmwareVersion.
