Matrice 350 RTK Dual Gimbal with L1 and P1

Hi,

I've been trying to use the Matrice 350 RTK with a dual gimbal and Zenmuse L1 and P1 but i'm having a problem that the L1 is not collecting the lidar data, the preview is always black and the payload is showing an error saying "Payload UTC Time Error". When I check the SD Card the folder has files in it, but it gives me an error when I try to import it on the DJI Terra.

Is there any way to fix this problem? Or would it be possible to make it work with the Mobile SDK or the Payload SDK?
