Can't receive low speed transmission data from mobile app

Hi DJI,

I'm running the example PSDK app, and the example MSDK app, using Matrice 350 RTK. 

If I go to Testing Tools -> PSDK Test -> Open Payload Data Page in the MSDK app, I am able to send data via the low speed transmission link to the PSDK app. However the app is not receiving the data that the PSDK app (sample_c) is sending over the same link. What could be wrong here. Both cases are using the same channel (DJI_CHANNEL_ADDRESS_MASTER_RC_APP).

  I would like to know the location where you are running the PSDK program. Could you please provide me with this information? GIMBAL PORT 1？

  I'm running the PSDK program on the E-Port (EXTERNAL) through a NUC
