Mini 4 pro media files download - slow (DJI RC N1)

Hello,

We experience very slow MediaFiles downloading (3 minutes per image) when using the "pullOriginalMediaFileFromCamera" interface.

We are using MSDK 5.8.0, Mini 4 pro (latest firmware) and DJI RC N1.

Any help appreciated.

    I'm sorry, but DJ MINI 4 PRO is not yet supported by the SDK. You can check out this article to learn about the models supported by MSDK V5：https://sdk-forum.dji.net/hc/en-us/articles/25552010279961

    Have you called mediaManager.enable to put the camera into playback mode? For the mini 3 series, photos can only be downloaded successfully when in playback mode. Once the download is complete, you can call mediaManager.disable to exit.

    If you have already put the camera into playback mode, the download speed is already at its maximum. Are you downloading a large file?

    No, we are trying to download images only.

    We get good download speeds when using DJI RC Pro and Mavic 3 enterprise (T and M).

    We encounter slow download speeds only when using DJI RC N1 and Mini 3 pro.

    To confirm if you have entered the download mode, you can either listen to or read the value of CameraKey.KeyIsPlayingBack. During my testing, I found that the camera's download speed is the same as DJI FLY when CameraKey.KeyIsPlayingBack is set to true. However, it seems that CameraKey.KeyIsPlayingBack automatically changes to false. I have already submitted this issue to our team for further confirmation.

    Greetings! The issue of the camera automatically exiting playback mode will be fixed in version 5.9. Thank you for your patience. Version 5.9 is scheduled to be released in May, with the timing provided as a reference only.
