BUG - OSD Topic mode_codes missing

I have identified a bug related to the update rate of the OSD (On-Screen Display) topic, leading to the missing detection of certain mode_codes. For instance mode_code 1 (Takeoff) is being missed due to the 0.5Hz refresh rate at times. Solution would be to allow users to change the refresh rate or switch to a higher rate. This is confirmed on the Pilot 2 Cloud API and possibly on the Dock.
