关于航线文件参数actionGroup，请问当actionTriggerType为multipleTiming时，actionGroupEndIndex是否需要大于actionGroupStartIndex，如果不需要，那请问相等时，该动作组是在航点之前的航段执行还是在航点之后的航段执行
