Using DJI Sdk remotely

I purchased a m300 drone. I would like to develop an app. Is it possible to develop it and test it locally without the physical drone? Some developers work remotely and I would like to let them prepare some of the code. Also, there is more than one developer and it doesn't make sense if they all need a drone on the table just wasting battery

  Sorry, SDK itself cannot be debugged remotely. The SDK needs to be connected to a physical drone in order to obtain the drone's data information. If you need to debug remotely, you may need to use remote adb debugging or other tools for assistance. DJI currently does not have any tools available for virtual drone debugging.
