上云机场gb28181推流方式下，重复发送live_start_push指令会导致飞机主动注销sip连接，请问如何解决呢？

在第一次发送live_start_push指令给机场后，飞机注册成功到sip服务器上，在sip服务器上可以正常播放，然后再次发送live_start_push指令后，sip服务器播放断开，并从sip主动注销。

  能否实现多次发送live_start_push指令不使飞机注销sip连接，只有发送live_stop_push指令才会注销sip

  机场的版本号：01.04.0705

  飞机的版本号：07.00.0146

  目前gb28181只支持1路直播，正常情况下live_start_push就代表一次新的点播，所以我们必须把旧的连接清除。 可以自己修改demo代码做一个保护处理。
