Firmware Upgrade via E-Port on M350 RTK

When firmware upgrading usind DJI assistant 2 via the E-Port on the M350 RTK.
The firmware upgrade module errors out and says
"Don't support this module on this aircraft series and mount position"
Throwing a DJI return error code of 224.
This upgrade works on the M30 via the E-port. Is it not possible to perform a firmware udpate over the E-Port on the M350 with a custom payload?

Dear Developer, Hello, thank you for contacting DJI. Local upgrade is a function exclusive to the payload device. The E-Port interface on the current M350 model is a connection interface for the onboard computer device, and it cannot use the function of the payload device. The E-Port on the M30 model is compatible with link load equipment and onboard computer equipment, so you can use the M30 for upgrades.
