DJI Air 2S + iOS SDK 4.16.2

We were connecting an Air 2S today and got this error when calling register app on the SDK Manager. I'm not sure what the problem is?

 

SDK Registered with error -4 Attempt to copy metadata from another registered device is not permitted.(code:-4)

    This error message is indicating that there are two programs on your device that are using the same App_Key. Could you please check and verify this?

    There is no way for us to install multiple versions of our app on the same device, we only have one bundle identifier that is tied to our app key. That said, we are able to connect to other drones, like m300, without any issue.

    We have verified that the Air2S is on the latest FW V02.04.2500 2022-12-12.

    I've never encountered this error before, so I'm at a bit of a loss.

    Can you still encounter this issue after reinstalling the app? Based on the description of this issue, it does appear to be an error caused by running multiple SDK software on the same setup. Here is the error description: /** * The attempt to copy metadata from another registered device to a device that is * currently connected is not permitted. For example, if a developer has two * devices and the application is activated with the app key on one of the devices * and if the other device is plugged in and tries to register the application, * this error will occur. */

    I think this error might have just been a one off. I'm not seeing it show up anymore. 

    However, our Air 2S will still not connect to our app. 

    We connect the Air 2S like all other drones, it opens DJI Fly, we force quit Fly, open our app, but none of the normal External Acessory logging. The system never registers with the RC connection.

    If I plugin our m300, it works just fine.

    I did some digging around and I'm not able to determine why this drone won't connect to our app. I tried both an iPad Mini 6 and my iPhone 14.
