M30T pullMediaFileListFromCamera error - MSDK 5.5.0

Hello,

I am getting the following error while trying to use pullMediaFileListFromCamera.

ErrorImp{errorType='SDK', errorCode='MEDIA_MANAGER_FETCH_FILE_LIST_FAILED', innerCode='null', description='The execution could not be executed.', hint=''}

I am using MSDK 5.5.0, drone is M30 firmware 06.02.0803, MediaMode enabled.

I tried restarting the aircraft multiple times.

  How often does this error occur? And under what circumstances will this error occur?

  Aircraft went on a mission with 12 takePhoto actions before I tried calling the pullMediaFileListFromCamera.

  After the mission, I did not get a single successful pullMediaFileListFromCamera call.

  I executed the function multiple times, I tried restarting the aircraft and execute the function again, with no success.

  Before calling the function, I enable MediaMode with success.

It is possible that the remote control signal is not functioning properly. 2. Another potential issue could be with the SD card. We recommend using a high-speed SD card to ensure optimal performance. 3. Lastly, please check if the file name starts with a number.
