What is the frequency of occurrence of this issue? Are there any obstacles near the aircraft when this issue occurs?

Thanks a lot for your reply.

It's completely unpredictable when it could happen. We could conduct 10 flights without any problems, then it could occur 1 in every 3 or 4 flights.

There are obstacles within the environment (generally 70 to 100cm infront of the drone), but as part of our workflow, we deactivate obstacle avoidance in any case. By your question, I'm assuming you disable virtual sticks in the event an obstacle is detected. Is that right?

One thing I was wondering is how the virtual sticks function if/when the aircraft automatically switches from OPTI to ATTI mode in the event that vision system is having difficulties in the environment. Could you explain that for me please?

Could you explain that for me please? --> Aircraft will have limited flight altitude in environments where visual systems fail. I did not find any explanation for the limitation of flight distance. If there is a method that can consistently reproduce this phenomenon, it may be better for analysis. Another method is to analyze the aircraft's state at that time through flight control logs.

    Thanks again for your reply.

But if we send the call to disable active obstacle avoidance and receive the success callback, in theory the sensors should be disabled, right? With that being the case, I don't understand how obstacle avoidance could prevent the drone's response to our virtual stick commands. Perhaps you could shed some light on how this could be possible?

I would like to know if you are aware of whether the remote control can perform actions such as controlling the aircraft's forward, backward, and left-right movements when the virtual joystick is unable to do so. Could you provide me with more information on this? Alternatively, provide me with a copy of the flight control system log of the aircraft at the time of this problem so that I can confirm the status of the aircraft.
