M30 - How should I interpret Gimbal rotation values in photo metadata ?

I'm trying to interpret the metadata of photos taken with a M30 camera in wide mode. I have read the following topic which is the closet to my issue:
Some key aspects of the issue remain unclear to me:
1 - How can I interpret the following XMP data taken from an actual M30 photo:
Gimbal Roll Degree : +180.00
Gimbal Yaw Degree : +178.30
Gimbal Pitch Degree : -89.90
Flight Roll Degree : +0.50
Flight Yaw Degree : -1.90
Flight Pitch Degree : -14.50
when the gimbal pan/yaw can only go from -90 to 90 as stated in the aircraft manual:
2 - What is the frame of reference of GimbalRollDegree, GimbalYawDegree, GimbalPitchDegree in this data ?
My understanding was that these are given as absolute values, meaning the refer directly to the NED coordinate system. Is this correct ?
3 - The previously quoted data :
Gimbal Roll Degree : +180.00
Gimbal Yaw Degree : +178.30
Gimbal Pitch Degree : -89.90
Flight Roll Degree : +0.50
Flight Yaw Degree : -1.90
Flight Pitch Degree : -14.50
Is taken from a photo of the ground from above (hence the gimbal pitch of -89.90, which makes sense). The picture from which the data was extracted faces north, meaning the vertical axis pointing to the top of the picture points to the north, I checked for that.
I don't understand why I get these values of GimbalYaw and Roll for a picture that faces north, especially with a FlightYawDegree close to 0.
Sorry for the lengthy post but I'm having trouble finding definitive answers on these topics which are critical to my project.

I'm sorry to make you wait so long. For some reason, some of the forum data was out of monitoring, but of course it's back to normal now. I understand your problem now. But I am also not sure about the meaning of the information in the XMP of the photo, which is more than I can work with.I recommend you contact support@dji.com. They are very knowledgeable about XMP information.
