Sample App Not Connecting to Product

Hello Team,

I am trying to use the MSDK 5.3 Sample App. I could build the app and my phone runs it. The app registration works fine and the app says that the app is registered. However, when I plug in the phone with the USB cable to the controller nothing happens. The app states that the Product is UNKNOWN, meaning that it is not connected. I think onProductConnect is never called. Could you kindly help me understand and resolve the issue?

    Thank you for your response. This is the RM330 Remote Controller.

    This is good to know, thank you! Is it documented somewhere? Could you kindly provide information on what remote controller models are supported for the MSDK 5.3?

    Hello Team,

    I have the same issue with Mavic 3T Enterprise and Sample App MSDK 4.16.4. The controller seems to be supported, but does it means, connect to external devices is not supported also? Kindly Regards.

    When you say remotes with screens I assume you do not mean all remotes with screens?? The release notes for SDK5 say that the DJI RC Pro, DJI RC Plus and DJI Smart ControllerEnterprise are supported for certain drones?
