USB Modem / Dongle - RC Pro

Hello,

We have been trying to connect a 4G LTE USB Modem to the RC Pro with no success.

This method works with the older DJI Smart controller.

The RC Pro does seem to recognize the device but it does not get internet from it.

Help required.

  Are you sure the LTE works in your region for RC Pro? I have heard it only works in China region. You can double check with official DJI app to see if the 4G connection is enabled.

  The dongle we are using is not the official DJI dongle, it is ZTE.

  It worked with DJI Smart controller, the dongle was recognized and provided internet.

  On the other hand, the DJI RC Pro does not recognize the dongle at all. The dongle is blinking, as it should, but nothing is shown on the DJI RC Pro - as can be seen on the attached image (blinking is not shown in the image).

  We also tried connecting it to DJI RC Plus (Both to USB-C port and USB-A port), we got same results as with the DJI RC Pro.

  Please ask support@dji.com, this is beyond SDK developement and I don't know the answer either.
