May I first confirm if you have encountered the same crash in the 5.3 version of sample? Also, could you send us the full crash information?

This is harder to locate the problem if there is no crash log. Because we need a path to reproduce or detect the problem. In what circumstances do you usually encounter this problem? What functions are used?

there is no crash in its clean meaning, thats why there is no crash logs. Im not using any functionality, just launch drone, rc and starting the app. then drone stay idle and shows canera view, then procces ends in 30 sec - 5 min randomly. All i have in logs is what ive showed

I tested with Android 11 device on mini 3 pro without the case you encountered. I think you can test it with the demo we provide,so you can determine if it's a problem with the SDK. Here is a partial clip of my test:https://pan-sec.djicorp.com/s/r9pj92m8zzHCTPF

I am also seeing similar crashes. -->Are you experiencing this problem with an unmodified MSDK sample?

It is hard to say because it happens randomly after many minutes of usage. I was just thinking that if it happens in Alexander's app and our app, the only thing in common is the DJI SDK.

We have not encountered this type of problem yet. Are you using a device where the android version is also at least 11? How does android 10 perform?

We are using Android 13 devices. The crash does not happen on DJI remote controllers like the RC Plus or RC Pro Enterprise.

I should also mention that we don't see this crash in the MSDKv4 version of our code base while using:

    targetSdkVersion 32

The MSDv4 code base is almost identical to the MSDKv5 version. Of course we have to use 29 for MSDKv5, which is also preventing us from distributing this flavor of the app in the Google Play Store.

We are already planning to adapt to higher versions of Android, but this will take some time.

DJI Developer Support, is there any update in regards to the adaption to higher versions of Android?
This issue has been stale now for 25 days, with your last update 2 months ago.

Many users are running into this problem at this time, and we would appreciate something of a timeline when this will be resolved.

DJI Developer Support - with all these crashes it makes the app unstable - its simply too risky to use and many users are including myself are requesting that this fix become a priority - or at least provide us with a reasonable timeline of when this will be taken care of - thank you

I was told that DJI is going to release a MSDK beta 5.5.0 “soon” that would be compatible with Android 13 and resolve the crashes

Anyone that can tell when that beta is supposed to be launched?

The issue still persists with DJI SDK 5.5.0
Can you please provide us a recent update of the situation?

Alot of people in the community are having constant crashes, making the SDK unusable.
DJI Developer Support I understand you are already in direct comms with Dronelink about the issue, but we would like to be updated as well - to understand the issue and learn when it will possible be resolved.
