Photo Ratio of thermal camera cannot be obtained.

When I try to get the photo ratio of thermal camera from 'Testing tools -> Key/Value' in the sample app, an error occurs.

error message : GetErrorMsg==Errorlmp{errorType='CORE',errorCode='REQUEST_TIMEOUT',innerCode="description='null', hint='error code=-3'}

msdk : 5.2.0

aircraft : M30 Series (04.01.0020)

camera: M30T (10.00.31.41)

  I used the sample app provided by dji.

  You need to set the current video source to IR via KeyCameraVideoStreamSource to get the Photo Ratio.

  You can try using KeyPhotoRatioRange to get the Photo Ratio for IR. as for the issue of KeyPhotoRatio not being available, I will continue to follow up and after confirming that it is an issue, I will report it to the team for a fix.

   Thanks for your help. KeyPhotoRatioRange can be getted successfully. But KeyPhotoRatio cannot be getted.

  I've sent feedback to the team about KeyPhotoRatio not getting photo ratio. I'll let you know if there is any new information. The interim solution is to use KeyPhotoRatioRange to get the photo ratio, because IR lenses have only one photo ratio.

  The problem with KeyPhotoRatio not being able to get the photo ratios from the IR camera has been fixed and is planned to be fixed in 5.3.0.
