    About the error "Cannot get loading info" Please check that the APPINFO filled in the PSDK and the account logged in with DJI Assistant2 are consistent. And with the PSDK application running to bind and unbind.

    Thanks for reply.

    I checked APPINFO and login account.

    But still error logs are shown.

    [7.065][linker]-[Error]-[DjiCommand_SendAsyncHandle:872) Command async send error 0

    [7.065][linker]-[Error]-[DjiCommand_SendSync:475) sendSync callback timeout

    [7.065][infor]-[Error]-[DjiMountPosition_GetOnPayloadPort:89) get payload mount position error: 0x0000000lX.

    [7.065][infor]-[Error]-[DjiAircraftInfo_Init:237) Get sdk mount position error. Probably the DJI SDK Adpater has not binded. Please check the bind state of the DJI SDK Adpater and bind it.

    Do you have any other things to check?
