The MSDK V5 does not support the display of point cloud images for L1, so it is not possible to obtain the point cloud data needed for rendering. You can refer to this article for more details: How to use the point cloud feature of L1?
The point cloud images for L2 are video streams similar to those from a visible camera, so there is no real-time point cloud data available. Additionally, MSDK does not have an interface to retrieve raw point cloud data in real-time.
