Why is the first MSDK V4 registration slow?

When you try to register on MSDK at the first time, the MSDK will download the fly safe database from DJI server. You can call onDatabaseDownloadProgress to monitor the download progress：https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.dji/fly-safe-database
