Mobile SDK takes a long time to send data to the Payload device through the MOP feature

Affected Version: MSDK V5 + PSDK V3

Affected Aircraft: M30 series, M300 RTK, M350 RTK, Mavic 3 Enterprise series

Problem description: When the PSDK side of the aircraft does not continuously send data to the MSDK side, it will take a long time for MSDK to send data to the PSDK side via pipeline. The reliable channel is about 20s, and the unreliable channel is about 3s.

Temporary solution: PSDK side continuously sends small amount of data to MSDK side.

Problem status: fixed in version 5.8
